Up for auction is a classic 1970 Chevrolet Chevelle Malibu finished in a light green exterior with matching green interior. This 2-door hardtop features classic Chevelle styling, chrome trim, wire-style wheel covers, bench seating, and a clean vintage look throughout.
Under the hood is a 307 Turbo-Fire V8, marked at 200 horsepower, paired with an automatic column-shift interior layout. The vehicle presents well inside and out based on photos, with a tidy engine bay, green vinyl-style bench seating, green carpet, Malibu badging, factory-style dash, and vintage details throughout.
Also included/displayed with the vehicle are original-style documents and memorabilia shown in the trunk photos, including paperwork that appears to relate to the vehicle’s history.

Payment Requirement
Invoices must be paid as soon as the auction closes. Credit cards on file will be processed by 8:00 AM on pickup day if the invoice has not already been paid.
Buyer Responsibility for Removal
All items are sold as-is, where-is, on location. The buyer is fully responsible for safely removing, loading, and transporting all purchased items.
Please bring any tools, equipment, packing materials, dollies, trailers, and assistance needed to remove your items. Staff will not be responsible for loading.
Heavy, Large, or Bulky Items
Buyers must bring adequate help to load large, heavy, or bulky items. Buyers are responsible for loading all items into their vehicle without causing damage to the property, home, building, landscaping, or surrounding areas.
If damage occurs during removal, the buyer will be responsible for the cost of repairs.
No Refunds
All sales are final. No refunds will be given. Bidding is an intent to purchase. By placing a bid, you agree that you are legally bound to pay for and pick up any items you win.

This auction may offer scheduled inspection times. If inspection is available, buyers must use the online scheduler to select an appointment within the posted inspection schedule.
Buyers are encouraged to inspect items, review all photos, read descriptions carefully, and ask any questions before placing bids.
The default credit card on file with your BFOBIDS account will be charged at the close of the auction.
If payment is declined for any reason, items may not be picked up until the invoice is paid in full. All payment arrangements must be completed within one business day of the auction closing.
If payment arrangements are not made within this timeframe, you authorize the card on file to be charged for the full invoice amount plus any applicable late fees.
A $25.00 per day late fee may be added to unpaid invoices. Once late fees are added, they will not be removed.
Bidding is an intent to purchase. Winning bidders are legally responsible for paying for all items won.
If a winning bidder does not provide sufficient funds, fails to pay, or fails to pick up items during the scheduled pickup window, additional fees may apply.
Multiple instances of unpaid invoices, missed pickups, or failure to retrieve items may result in a permanent block from bidding on BFOBIDS.com.
Creating a new account to bypass bidding restrictions or account blocks is considered fraudulent bidding and is not tolerated. Any bidder found doing so may be charged an additional $50.00 fee and may remain permanently blocked from the site.

Regardless of pickup status, all invoices must be paid by the end of the scheduled removal period. Buyers remain responsible for payment of all won items, even if the items are not picked up.

Refund requests may be considered only if an item is materially different from the listing, damaged, non-working, or missing parts in a way that was not disclosed in the description or photos.
Approved refunds are processed as soon as possible, but funds may take 4–12 business days to return to the buyer’s account depending on the payment processor or financial institution.
No refunds will be given for failure to inspect, failure to read descriptions, buyer’s remorse, missed pickup, assumptions about condition, or inability to remove items.
BFOBIDS’ liability is limited to the refund of the bidder’s purchase price only.
