This is an online-only auction and is governed by all applicable laws, rights, and remedies in the state where the auction occurs.
By placing a bid, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to these auction terms, along with all global site terms and conditions agreed to when creating an account on BFOBIDS.com.
Please do not bid if you are unable to pay for and pick up your items within the stated auction terms.
This auction may offer scheduled inspection times. If inspection is available, buyers must use the online scheduler to select an appointment within the posted inspection schedule.
Buyers are encouraged to inspect items, review all photos, read descriptions carefully, and ask any questions before placing bids.
The default credit card on file with your BFOBIDS account will be charged at the close of the auction.
If payment is declined for any reason, items may not be picked up until the invoice is paid in full. All payment arrangements must be completed within one business day of the auction closing.
If payment arrangements are not made within this timeframe, you authorize the card on file to be charged for the full invoice amount plus any applicable late fees.
A $25.00 per day late fee may be added to unpaid invoices. Once late fees are added, they will not be removed.
Bidding is an intent to purchase. Winning bidders are legally responsible for paying for all items won.
If a winning bidder does not provide sufficient funds, fails to pay, or fails to pick up items during the scheduled pickup window, additional fees may apply.
Multiple instances of unpaid invoices, missed pickups, or failure to retrieve items may result in a permanent block from bidding on BFOBIDS.com.
Creating a new account to bypass bidding restrictions or account blocks is considered fraudulent bidding and is not tolerated. Any bidder found doing so may be charged an additional $50.00 fee and may remain permanently blocked from the site.
Pickup is by scheduled appointment only.
If you are unable to pick up during the posted pickup times, please do not bid. By bidding, you agree to remove all winning items from the auction location during the scheduled pickup window.
To pick up your items, you must schedule an appointment from your invoice page and bring proof of your paid invoice.
If items are not picked up within the scheduled pickup timeframe, a $25.00 per day, per invoice storage fee may be charged.
Items remaining at the sale location after the scheduled pickup period may be considered abandoned unless prior arrangements have been approved.
Regardless of pickup status, all invoices must be paid by the end of the scheduled removal period. Buyers remain responsible for payment of all won items, even if the items are not picked up.
All items are sold as-is, where-is, on location. Buyers are responsible for safely removing, loading, and transporting all purchased items.
Please bring all tools, equipment, packing materials, dollies, trailers, and help needed to remove your items. Staff will not be responsible for loading.
Once items are paid for and picked up, ownership transfers to the winning bidder. The buyer assumes all risk of loss, damage, or injury related to removal, loading, transportation, and possession of the items.
Buyers must remove items without causing damage to the property, building, landscaping, or surrounding areas. Any damage caused during removal will be the buyer’s responsibility.
All items are sold as-is, where-is, with no warranty expressed or implied.
Refund requests may be considered only if an item is materially different from the listing, damaged, non-working, or missing parts in a way that was not disclosed in the description or photos.
Approved refunds are processed as soon as possible, but funds may take 4–12 business days to return to the buyer’s account depending on the payment processor or financial institution.
No refunds will be given for failure to inspect, failure to read descriptions, buyer’s remorse, missed pickup, assumptions about condition, or inability to remove items.
BFOBIDS’ liability is limited to the refund of the bidder’s purchase price only.
BFOBIDS, its affiliates, sellers, staff, and property owners are not responsible for accidents, injury, damage, loss, or other claims arising from bidding, pickup, removal, loading, transportation, or use of purchased items.
