Standard pick-up times: Hutchinson Location - Monday 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM, Wednesday 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM, and Friday from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM
Buhler Location - Monday - Thursday 10:00am - 5:00pm. Saturday 10am - 2pm.
You're allotted 5 business days to pick up items from auction close date, no appointment needed. If you are unable to pick up your items within that time frame a small fee will be charged. Items will be returned back to auction after 7 Calendar days from close date.
When picking up at our location:
-No appointment needed for pick up
-Pull up to the double doors located on the West side of building
-Bring your printed invoice (or) have your bidder ID and auction close date ready.
-If your item is large, more than 100 lbs please bring additional help to load
Factory Sealed: New in box, never used, original product, in original box. We stand behind the listing as described. Being “new”, we have not checked for function / internal damage. You may inspect/test during the alloted inspection days.
Appears New: Item appears to be in new condition, not used. They may, or may not be in the original box. They should work as expected. We inspect for the following:
Open box: Open Box represents several conditions, such as incomplete, pre-owned, new but not verified for condition, untested, could be fully functioning, or DOA, we have not tested. Damaged: These items have known damage. We will do our best to describe / picture the damage. We don’t test for functionality. Not only would it be too difficult to transport to our other locations, but some items will require multiple people or a forklift to load which we have on site in Buhler. This does not affect other auctions and all your other items from those will be available at you normal pickup location.
All reserves on this auction are set at approximately 25% of retail prices.
We are now offering a 72 Hour Guarantee on all items (unless listed as damaged or incomplete).
We try to check every item to best our abilities, but we are human and mistakes happen. Not to worry, we'll make sure you're taken care of.

• We are guaranteeing for functionality only. NOT cosmetic condition, color
• Buyer must contact us within 72 hours of auction close date (Allotted Pick-up time) to make a claim (after 72 hours, no refund)
• After claim is filed, Item needs to be returned to seller within 10 Calendar Days from close date
• After 10 Calendar days, guarantee is null and void, no refunds will be given.
