Items that have been unclaimed after 10 calendar days from auction close date will be returned back to the auction.
UNPAID invoices after 5 calendar days from auction will be returned back to the auction.

Buyer must contact us within 72 hours of the auction close date to make a claim. After 72 Hours, no refund. After a claim is filed, The item needs to be returned to the seller within 10 calendar days from the close date. After 10 Days, guarantee is null and void, no refunds will be given.
