By Bidding on Any Auction on BFOBIDS.COM you are agreeing to the following:

ITEM PICKUP

• Invoices are automatically paid using your card on file and will be charged after the auction closes.
• If you are tax exempt, email us at biddersupport@bfobids.com. An Email or hand delivered tax exemption form us required.
• When picking up at our location, Please bring or show your invoice.
• If the item is large, More than 40lbs, Please bring additional help to load.
• You are allotted 5 business days to pick up items from the auction close date, no appointment needed. If you are unable to pick up your items within that time frame, please email us at biddersupport@bfobids.com to make other arrangements.  
• Items that have been unclaimed after 10 calendar days from auction close date will be returned back to the auction.
• UNPAID invoices after 5 calendar days from auction will be returned back to the auction. 

 ITEM DESCRIPTION

• The use of stock photos does not guarantee the condition of the items, however gives you an idea of what the product is. Please view pictures and read descriptions. We do our best to describe any damage that we may find. 

FACTORY SEALED

• Item is new and in factory sealed manufacturer’s packaging. 

 NEW

• New in box, never used, original product, in original box. We stand behind the listing as described.  Being NEW, we have not checked for function / internal damage. You may inspect/test during the allotted inspection days.

APPEARS NEW

• Item appears to be in new condition, not used. The item may, or may not be in the original box, they should work as expected. 

OPEN BOX

• Open box represents several conditions, such as incomplete, Pre-owned, new but not verified for condition, untested, could be fully functioning, or DOA. 

USED

• Item is in used condition and may have cosmetic blemishes.

DAMAGED

• These items have known damage. We do our best to describe/ picture the damage. We test for functionality and will note findings. These could be items never used/owned.
• (ex: a grill that had shipping damage to the lid but did not use or assemble.) 
• **DAMAGED ITEMS ARE SOLD AS IS and CANNOT BE RETURNED**
