What is the 72-hour guarantee?
• We are guaranteeing functionality only. NOT cosmetic condition, color
• Buyer must contact us within 72 hours of auction close date (Allotted Pick-up time) to make a claim (after 72 hours, no refund)
• After claim is filed, Item needs to be returned to seller within 10 Calendar Days from close date
• After 10 Calendar days, guarantee is null and void, no refunds will be given.

Items need to be picked up within 5 business days. If you're unable to make it within that time period then you'll need to email biddersupport@bfobids.com to make arrangements.
Hutchinson will be the default pickup location, but customers who still want to pick up their orders at our Buhler location will still have that option. Simply send an email to biddersupport@bfobids.com to request Buhler as your preferred pickup.
